I’d buy an ab belt or do some sort of unhealthy “cleanse” or watch my gym membership go unused- I literally went an entire year with a free gifted gym membership and I only used it twice. It wasn’t until I committed to making long-term doable changes- that I began to rock it as a lifestyle, through the holidays, and look to the new year to set new goals to be a stronger, better version of myself. I always used to be the girl who would use the holidays as an excuse to eat all the things until January rolled around, then I’d decide to get serious. Tis the season- for making big goals and thinking about the next year.
